⚡ POWER DOWN, SAFETY UP: Important Roof Access Changes

Starting January 1, 2025, new Queensland safety regulations require us to make some changes to how we access roof spaces during pest control services. We want to make this process as smooth as possible for you.



• What You Need to Know: Before our technicians can enter your roof space, the main power needs to be turned off at your switchboard. This is a simple but important safety step. If you are not familiar with your switchboard, a qualified electrician can show you what to do.
  
• Time and Duration: Don't worry - power will only be off for about 20 minutes. Our team will let you know exactly when it's safe to turn it back on.
  
• Special Considerations: We understand some households need constant power for medical equipment or other essential reasons. If this applies to you, or if you prefer not to turn off the power, we can still provide your pest service without accessing the roof space.
